How do I contact the service provider?

What happens in case of rain?
The tour takes place even in rainy weather. Only in case of severe thunderstorms, any decision to cancel the event is made close to the start of the tour (30-60 min), based on very short-term weather forecast. The client's decision not to participate in the tour in case of rain will not entitle the client to refunds, as stated by cancellation policy, which provides for changes and/or cancellations only if made up to 24 hours before the tour start time.
Is the tour available for vegetarians/vegans?
The tour is veg-friendly. Please indicate this when booking to facilitate the preparation of the relevant tastings in advance. We clarify that the tour is based on standard tastings, which in case of vegetarians or vegans will be adjusted, but not replaced with others to meet special needs (e.g. pescatarian, fruitarian, etc.).
Is the tour wheelchair accessible?
Certainly, taking into account the typical paving of historic centers (paving stones or sanpietrini) along the route there are no architectural barriers or slopes that prevent or make it difficult for wheelchairs to travel.
Is the tour suitable for children?
This format was also designed for families with children, to offer them the opportunity to visit the city all together, interspersing the cultural-historical aspect with multiple tasting stops, to make the experience light and fun for even the youngest audience.
How do I get to the Roma Street Food Tour meeting point?
Buses that stop at Largo Argentina (5 min walk from the meeting point), or streetcar line 8 stop Arenula.

Cancellation policy
To receive a full refund, cancellation must occur at least 24 hours before the start time of the experience. Deadline times are based on the local time of the experience.
For refunds of individual bookings, Rosy Smart City tours reserves the right to refund the customer net of charges incurred for bank fees and/or currency exchange.
For group bookings, the cancellation policy will be defined according to the size of the group and the booking time window.
